ARC'TERYX LEAF products can only be purchased by members of the Self-Defense Forces, police, or law enforcement agencies who are able to present ID .

The certificate will be sent after we confirm that you have submitted a copy of your institution's ID (identification card) by mail or fax.

Please rest assured that we will return a copy of your ID to you together with the product.

We cannot accept exchanges of products (quantity, color, size, etc.).

Effective January 20, 2023, purchases of Arc'teryx Leaf brand products will require the presentation of an ID card (identification document) proving that you belong to or work for the Japanese government or a Japanese government-related organization (including local government agencies such as the police), or an organization commissioned or delegated by such an organization (police dog, mountain or sea rescue, etc.). In the case of a commissioned or delegated organization (police dog, mountain or sea rescue, etc.), ID (identification document) must be issued by the government-related organization that commissioned or delegated you.
*If it is difficult to submit ID, please submit a health insurance card + My Number card (driver's license) that shows your affiliation.

*Sales will be determined based on the contract with ARC'TERYX LEAF.
