You are not restricted to the designated delivery destination until the package is delivered. There are also no shipping or handling charges.

About returns and exchanges
・Exchanges can only be made once within 3 days of receiving the product. Please be sure to contact our store. Please confirm the size you wish to change or the availability of the product before shipping the product. We will not be able to accept any exchanges after that time, so please check the item as soon as possible after it arrives.
・If you wish to return the item, please contact us within 3 days after receiving the item.
Please be sure to contact our store. A representative will contact you regarding details. At that time, we will ask you about the reason for the refund due to the return. Thank you for your understanding.
-A restocking fee will be charged for returns.
The restocking fee will be 1,000 yen if the product price is less than 10,000 yen, and 10% of the product price if it is more than 10,000 yen.
Shipping fees, transfer fees, and cash-on-delivery fees are not eligible for refund. The refund amount will be the product price minus the restocking fee.
Example 1) For cash on delivery for less than 10,000 yen At the time of purchase... 5,000 (purchase price) + 500 (consumption tax) + 1,200 (shipping/cash on delivery fee) = 6,700 (total amount)
When making a refund... 5,000 (price of applicable product) - 1,000 (restocking fee) = 4,000 (deduction amount) + 400 (consumption tax) = 4,400 (refund amount)
Example 2) When paying by card for 10,000 yen or more
At the time of purchase... 35,000 (purchase price) + 3,500 (consumption tax) + 0 (free shipping) = 38,500 (total amount)
When refunding... 35,000 (price of applicable product) - 3,500 (10% restocking fee) = 31,500 (deduction amount) + 3,150 (consumption tax) = 34,650 (refund amount)
- This does not apply in the case of a shipping mistake on our part or in the case of defective products.
・We accept cancellations before the product is shipped.
