Example 1) If the total is less than 10,000 yen and you choose cash on delivery, the total will be 5,000 (purchase price) + 500 (consumption tax) + 1,200 (shipping and cash on delivery fees) = 6,700 (total amount)
Refund: 5,000 (item price) - 1,000 (restocking fee) = 4,000 (net amount) + 400 (sales tax) = 4,400 (refund amount)

Example 2) When paying by credit card for an amount over 10,000 yen
At the time of purchase: 35,000 (purchase price) + 3,500 (sales tax) + 0 (free shipping) = 38,500 (total amount)
At the time of refund... 35,000 (item price) - 3,500 (restocking fee 10%) = 31,500 (net amount) + 3,150 (sales tax) = 34,650 (refund amount)
