This ECWSC parka has an integrated hood and parka shell, and is made of breathable waterproof material (known as Gore-Tex) currently used by the U.S. Air Force and Army. It is also known as the 1st Type, Type 1, or Generation 1. The commonly used abbreviation "ECWCS" is the abbreviation for Extreme Cold Weather Clothing System, which can be translated as extreme cold weather clothing system.
It can be used simply as rain gear, or combined with a liner, as cold weather clothing, making it suitable for a wide range of environments, including temperature differences and weather. Although it is military-grade, it has a hood and is stylish.
