Shipping and handling charges
Free shipping on purchases over 8,800 yen (tax included).
Otherwise, the following shipping charges will apply:

You will not be tied to a specific delivery address until your package is delivered, and there will be no shipping or handling fees.

* Due to system specifications, the handling fee will not be displayed on the cart screen, but please note that the handling fee will be added to the total amount charged at the time of payment.
* If you select cash on delivery with Letter Pack Light or Letter Pack Plus, the item will be shipped by courier and additional shipping charges will apply.
Delivery time
Orders paid by [Credit card], [PayPal], [Apple Pay/Google Pay], or [Cash on delivery] will be shipped on the same day or within 2 business days.
All other orders will be shipped within 2 business days of payment.
▼Letter Pack Plus: Delivered within 1-3 days from shipping. *Delivery may be delayed due to weather or traffic conditions.
Returns and Exchanges
・Exchanges are only accepted once within 3 days of receiving the product. Please contact us and we will ship the product after confirming the size or product availability. After that, we will not be able to accept any exchanges, so please check as soon as possible after the product arrives.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt.
Please be sure to contact us. Our staff will contact you with details. At that time, we will ask you the reason for the return, so thank you for your cooperation.
・A return fee will be charged for returns.
The restocking fee is 1,000 yen if the product price is 10,000 yen or less, and 10% of the product price if the product price is 10,000 yen or more.
Shipping fees, bank transfer fees, and cash on delivery fees are not eligible for refund. The refund amount will be the "item price" minus the "return fee."
Example 1) If the total is less than 10,000 yen and you choose cash on delivery, the total will be 5,000 (purchase price) + 500 (consumption tax) + 1,200 (shipping and cash on delivery fees) = 6,700 (total amount)
When refunding... 5,000 (item price) - 1,000 (restocking fee) = 4,000 (net amount) + 400 (sales tax) = 4,400 (refund amount)
Example 2) When paying by credit card for an amount over 10,000 yen
At the time of purchase: 35,000 (purchase price) + 3,500 (sales tax) + 0 (free shipping) = 38,500 (total amount)
At the time of refund... 35,000 (item price) - 3,500 (restocking fee 10%) = 31,500 (net amount) + 3,150 (sales tax) = 34,650 (refund amount)
・This does not apply in the case of incorrect shipping on our part or in the case of defective products.
・We accept cancellations before the product is shipped.
If you need to change or cancel your order, or change your payment method, please contact us immediately.
We cannot accept any changes or cancellations after an order has been shipped, so please contact us as soon as possible.

To customers who have not received emails from our store

Key points of the old system
Due to the system change, the point allocation system will be discontinued and any points you have will expire. However, we will send you coupon codes (which are equivalent to points) that can be used under the new system.
