Femund MIG (MiG is an abbreviation for Military Gear) is a second layer used as training wear by the Czech special police unit and the Czech army. Based on Tilak's standard fleece hood jacket "Femund", it has two layers of thin nylon stretch fabric for shoulder reinforcement, arm pockets on both arms, and the front pocket is positioned slightly higher. This is to avoid interference with the harness when wearing a vest such as equipment. In addition, the large coil zipper with a higher zipper count on the pocket and the zipper pull with nylon cord bundled with heat shrink tubing are designed for smooth and reliable operation even in harsh environments.
Additionally, the embroidery of the Tilak brand logo on the chest is normally silver with the dot of the "i" in the red colour of "Tika", but considering that it will be worn in such special circumstances, it has been made the same colour as the body to make it as unobtrusive as possible.
The fabric is made of POLARTEC POWER STRETCH PRO, which stretches in four directions to wrap around the body. It is breathable and keeps the skin dry, and the liner side is a high-performance fabric that is soft, light, and highly insulating.

POLARTEC Power Stretch Pro is a double-faced material unique to Polartec that has earned tremendous trust both domestically and internationally as a mid-layer material due to its excellent heat retention and elasticity.
It stretches in four directions to wrap around your body, and is soft and warm.
The surface is made of a blend of polyester and nylon, which makes it extremely durable, abrasion-resistant, and pilling-resistant compared to ordinary fleece materials. The elastic Lycra is also blended in to enhance the fabric's elasticity. Furthermore, the surface of the fabric is flat, so the fabric itself slides easily, and even when layered with other materials, it allows for smooth movement without getting caught.
The reverse side is made of brushed polyester, which feels good against the skin and has excellent heat retention, and this special double-faced structure quickly absorbs moisture and distributes it to the front side.

Tilak was founded in the Czech Republic in 1986 by mountaineer Roman Kamler as a company that manufactures sleeping bags. In 1993, the company signed a contract with Gore-tex, and in 2000, the Tilak apparel line was launched under the Tilak brand name. In 2001, the company signed a contract with Errolson Hugh of ACRONYM, who was highly regarded at the time for creating innovative and excellent designs. For many years, Tilak was in charge of producing the apparel line for Errolson's own brand, ACRONYM. Although they now have a separate workshop, the partnership between Tilak and ACRONYM continues to this day.
Recognizing its reliable technology, Tilak products are used by the Czech national mountaineering rescue team, the Czech Mountain Guides Association, the Mountain Rescue Service, some Czech military teams, and even the Swiss special police, earning them the trust and confidence in extreme environments.
