A SAS-style smock with HELIKON-TEX's unique improvements to the traditional military smock jacket.
While maintaining classic elements, we have made improvements and added new features to achieve both classic design and functionality.
The outer material of the smock is made of Duracanvas, which is suitable for waxing and provides increased protection against light rain and snow.

The hood can be adjusted in two places, at the opening and at the back of the head, to suit weather conditions and the hat you wear.
The size of the smock can be adjusted using two drawcords at the waist and at the hem, and zippered openings from the armpits to the sides allow you to increase or decrease the amount of ventilation when worn. It can be used in all weather conditions from summer to winter.

Despite its military roots, the SAS smock has a simple yet thoughtful design and storage capacity, making it an ideal jacket for outdoor bushcraft activities.

The eight-pocket design features four classic square pockets on the outside with Canadian-style button closures, paying homage to British military uniforms and their functionality.
The pockets have buttons sewn onto the tape to make them easy to open and prevent the buttons from falling off. Behind the chest pocket is a pocket that can be opened and closed with a zipper on the side.
There is a hand warmer pocket at the bottom that can be opened and closed with a zipper.
The chest pocket has a built-in loop for attaching equipment, and the paracord loops on both sides of the jacket hem allow you to hang gloves and other items.

The SAS smock jacket was inspired by the military uniforms worn by SAS (Special Airborne Forces) troops during World War II.
From the end of the war to today, its design has been prized for its loose, comfortable style, many functionally placed pockets, and lightweight materials that protect against weather conditions.
