This is SOG's lockback folding knife ESCAPE, which comes with an escape tool that is useful in emergencies.

The steel material of the blade is 7Cr17MoV, a stainless steel that is resistant to rust. The shape is a clip point, making it ideal for detailed work using the cutting edge. The edge is half-serrated, and both sides of the blade have thumb studs that allow you to open the knife with one hand.
The handle material is made of hard-anodized 6061-T6 aluminum, which is lightweight and durable. The part where your fingers touch has non-slip jimping to ensure a firm grip.
At the end of the handle, there is a belt cutter that is convenient for cutting seat belts and tangled cords, and a glass breaker that can break car windows, making it a very useful tool for emergency escape. Also includes a pocket clip and lanyard hole.
