This is the Sogknife Sogtac XR Blackout folding knife.

The SOG-TAC XR is a folding knife with a cryo-treated D2 steel blade and a G-10 handle with non-slip checkering. The lock type is an XR lock that can be opened from either side and can be opened smoothly with one hand in three different ways.
The XR lock can be operated three ways: by using the kick opener, the thumb stud, or by pressing down on the lock to swing out the blade.
