This is an M65 cold-weather helmet liner cap, adopted by the U.S. military for use in cold regions. It is an inner cap with excellent cold protection, designed to be worn under a helmet.

The ear flaps can be fastened behind the neck or on top of the head. They can be adjusted according to use and temperature, and the cap can also be used as a standalone cold-weather cap.
